OCR Multipart

Right now the multipart is accepted as a file in formData an then sent to app.suitsbooks.com on the finland hetzner server

to get uploaded to DigitalOcean S3, the endpoint /upload/files/upload-legacy

also decides what filetype it is

so if that endpoint is not online this will fail
